Can I use other oils or add water?

No. Use only Phoenicia Essence fragrance oils in your Phoenicia Essence diffuser, and never add water or dilute the oil.

Why Phoenicia Essence oils?

Our fragrance oils are made for our diffusing technology and are hand-crafted for:

• The right thickness, so they do not clog your diffuser
• Clean, residue-free misting
• Optimal diffusion and scent throw
• Consistent, long-lasting fragrance
• No carriers or additives that can harm the diffuser

What not to use

• Third-party essential oils or fragrance oils, which may be too thick or the wrong viscosity
• Diluted oils or oil mixtures
• Water or any other liquid

Our diffusers turn pure fragrance oil into a dry, ultra-fine mist that leaves no residue and needs no water or solvents. Using incompatible oils can damage your diffuser, and damage caused by a non-Phoenicia oil is not covered by the warranty.
