My Mini Dreamer has a leak

If your Mini Dreamer is leaking, it might be due to a poor "seal" on the bottle. There is supposed to be a white O-ring in the unit's head (if you pull the head out and turn it upside down, there should be an O-ring inside). An extra O-ring is included with an extra set of screws during shipping. When you pull the head out or change the fragrance, the O-ring may slide off (this does not happen often, but it does happen). There will be a leak if the O-ring is missing. The bottle should not be "tightly" screwed shut, but it must be totally closed (not loose) otherwise liquid will leak.
