What if my diffuser is leaking fragrance?

If your diffuser seems to be leaking, first power it off or unplug it to prevent damage. Then, gently wipe away any excess fragrance oil with a soft, dry cloth.

Leaks can occur for a few common reasons:

• The diffuser was overfilled beyond the maximum fill line.
• The device is not upright or placed on an uneven surface.
• The lid, bottle, or reservoir isn’t properly secured.
• The wrong type of oil is being used for your model.

For Mini Dreamer diffusers, make sure the O-ring is seated correctly inside the cap. An improperly placed O-ring can cause small leaks during use. You can find detailed instructions on this in our Mini Dreamer Knowledge Base section.
